Can I carry over a missed service to the next month?
No, if a service is not redeemed within the month, it cannot be carried over. We encourage members to schedule their monthly treatments to fully benefit from their membership.
What does pausing my membership do?
Members can pause their membership for $10 per month during the pause period. This option is ideal for travel or other circumstances that prevent you from using your monthly service. Please contact us by calling or texting (703) 328-8220.
What is the minimum membership duration?
We require a minimum commitment of 6 months for all memberships. This policy allows our members to fully experience and benefit from our diverse range of services, and helps maintain the exclusivity and value of our membership program — ensuring that all members are genuinely committed to their wellness journey with us.
Are memberships shareable with family or friends?
Yes! Our memberships are designed with flexibility in mind, allowing you to share your benefits with family or friends.

How do I cancel my membership after the initial 6 months?

What if I want a service that's not in my membership tier?
Members can always enjoy services from tiers below their current level. If you're interested in a service from a higher tier, you are welcome to do so — the cost to you will be the difference between the price of your tier and the actual cost of the higher-tier service.
